According to the operator, the tariff is created taking into account the basic mobile needs of children and will help moms and dads in the solution of important problem - providing safety of young subscribers.

For these purposes in tariff “the ring -[Ding]” is already included a whole series of additional “parental” services. For example, on the tariff is provided the service “of feet -[kontent]”, which blocks the outgoing bells and SMS- communications to the paid numbers of [kontent]- providers. This will allow to shut child access to expensive “adult” [kontentu] and to avoid unforeseen expenditures. Instead of in the future, on the special concessional terms, to the users of tariff will be proposed special children's [kontent] from the portals www.megafon.tvidi.ru and m.ring-ding.ru.

Besides this, for the calmness of parents the tariff is equipped with the service of position finding - “beacon”. With its aid it is possible at any moment of time to learn, where child precisely is located. Service “the balance of close ones”, also provided on the tariff, allows, even being located at a distance, to remotely learn the balance of child. All these services are already included in tariff and are allowed without the additional charge.

Other merits of new tariff proposal is the absence of license fee and the possibility to connect to 5 “dear” numbers. The cost of the bells to “dear” numbers, which can be all mobile and urban capital region - 1,25 rub. in the minute. The cost of bell to the mobile numbers of Moscow and region is 2,5 rub. in the minute. Cost of SMS- communication - 1,6 rubles. Cost of MMS- communication even 1 mb. of GPRS- traffic - 4 rub. But when subscriber spent too much means on the calculation, he nevertheless remains on the connection because of the credit to 50 rubles.
