MTS acquires 95% of joint stock company “of the metros -[Telekom]”

The telecommunication operator of MTS reported acquisition by 95% of portion of joint-stock capital privately held company “of the metros -[Telekom]” in the privately held company “[Invest]- connection”, 100%- foot daughterly enterprise OF [AFK] “system” for 339,35 million rubles (or $11,01 million). Company “metro -[Telekom]” manages the [optovolokonnoy] network in the territory of Moscow metro.

Financial results “metro -[Telekoma]” will be consolidated into the account joint stock company “of MTS” since August 27, 2010.
