ICT has long been a global issue and plays a vital role for social progress and economic development. On one hand, products with ICT technology stimulate and promote consumption while driving the development of the electronic information industry. On the other hand, ICT technology implementation in government and enterprises can improve operation efficiency and enhance the quality of government services and business performance.

"We chose mobile industry, cloud and next TV as this year's event focus, reflecting global ICT and China ICT's actual current industry situation," Mr Chen Wenhai, the secretary general of the GIWICT said.

China maintains the second biggest economic world focus after America, and China is seen as the biggest global market. China mobile users number beyond 800 million, and China's mobile Internet users number beyond 300 million. At this session, the main discussions will include mobile computing, mobile internet, mobile terminal, mobile payment, etc. This should provide interesting for enterprises eager to explore China and the global mobile market

China has recently started a 12 city network convergence, and will next build a broadcast network(NGB), creating another big case for network equipment and international TV. China has also started interactive TV, IPTV and 3D TV research and pilots. China's TV industry is entering a golden time.

China has ceased the last manufacturing model and transferred to high-tech operations and management. Cloud computing not only reduces manpower costs and costs in investment and managing of equipment, but also promotes the efficiency of the work. It is regarded as the most excellent innovation of the ICT industry. China and many more governments and enterprises need to learn and deploy cloud computing. As IDC predicted, in the next four years, China will build up a $1000 billion market for the cloud industry. Now China has just started the cloud related industry, and China has much market space for cloud related companies to explore.
