* Like video? Like your Nokia mobile device? You’ll probably be wanting the Divx player for Symbian phones, then. All About Symbian has the scoop. It’s for S60 3rd and 5th edition smartphones.
* Here’s an interesting podcast from msearchgroove covering a variety of mobile industry topics. In this instalment, there’s talk of ’social network fatigue’. Have you tweeted your last, or checked out forever from Foursquare? If so, you’re trendy again, it seems.
* Can’t wait for the Nokia N8? Make your old phone look like a Symbian^3 device thanks to this theme spotted on Symbian Tweet.
* The Guardian offers the results of research into media consumption in the UK. Young people are particularly likely to multitask, packing nine-and-a-half hours of media into six-and-a-half real hours. Apparently, the average person spends 45% of their waking hours consuming media. Sometimes it feels like it’s much more than that.
* It would be wrong of us not to point out this article on ZDnet entitled ‘Nokia rules the mobile phone world so why do we diss them in the US?’ Good question! Some intelligent debate in the comments, too.
* And finally, how clean is your mobile? Some rather disturbing research from the Herald, which might send you scurrying for the bleach and a cleaning cloth.
