Enterprise Communications Authority Subha Rama Joins ABI Research

ABI Research has announced that enterprise communications expert Subha Rama has joined the company’s Enterprise Communications Research Group as Senior Analyst, Enterprise Communications.

Ms. Rama focuses on monitoring and analyzing emerging trends, technologies and market dynamics in the unified communications, cloud services, conferencing and collaboration markets worldwide.

Prior to joining ABI Research, she worked with the ICT Practice of Frost & Sullivan in North America as Industry Analyst for Conferencing and Unified Communications and as Consulting Manager with its Business & Technology Consulting Practice in Singapore. In this role, she participated in a number of prestigious technology and business consulting projects.

Subha has also worked as a consultant for Ericsson Telecommunications and as Associate Director with Taylor Nelson Sofres. She has been widely quoted in The McKinsey Quarterly, The South China Morning Post, the Berkman Center for Internet and Society (Harvard Law School), the Economist Intelligence Unit and other trade journals.

She has co-authored a book, Asia Unplugged, The Asia Pacific Internet Handbook. She has presented and moderated in a number of conferences and roundtable discussions. Subha holds a Masters degree in Language and Linguistics from the University of Madras, India.
